Brazil’s Liberal Party says it recognizes Lula’s presidential election win, while calling for the concerns raised to be clarified. Separately, defeated candidate Flavio Bolsonaro said Monday that federal police ordered him to surrender his passports and barred him from leaving Brazil. He said he would comply and denied planning to leave the country.
