On day two of the Keren Olam HaTorah campaign in Lakewood, a gathering took place at the home of R’ Yitzchok Rokowsky, drawing supporters and marbitzei Torah. R Yitzchok was the one who after initial concerns about the handling of funds direct involvement and oversight ensured that every donation was managed with full integrity. A tremendous hakaras hatov is owed to him for his leadership.

At the events donors were brought individually to receive personal brachos from Roshei Yeshiva, while joining a beautiful reception, R’ Reuven Wolf gave warm thanks to the askanim of the Keren, naming each one and praising their mesirus. Divrei chizuk were delivered by Harav Malkiel Kotler shlit”a and Harav Yosef Chevroni shlit”a, and the evening concluded with Mincha.

Throughout the event, donors also entered a private room to receive powerful brachos from the Mashgiach, Harav Don Segal Shlit”a, who emphasized that the entire kiyum of the world rests on Torah, with special chavivus for Torah in Eretz Yisroel. He assured supporters that their backing brings brachah in both gashmiyus and ruchniyus.

The message of the evening was clear: our Hatzlacha in this world depends on bringing the Shechinah down, through limud and support of Torah.
